The January 2 episode of The Kapil Sharma Show is slated to be a grand affair with the RRR team on sets. Host Kapil will be seen welcoming the stellar cast of RRR – Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Alia Bhatt along with director SS Rajamouli on the show. The promos of the show has already created a lot of buzz among fans, and the latest one just adds to the excitement.
On tonight’s episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, the host will be seen in conversation with the actors of Roudram Ranam Rudhiram, and as usual, the entire chat show is replete with funny comments, comedy skits, and interesting and oddly funny questions.
In promos doing the round, during the episode, Kapil will suddenly be seen asking Jr NTR, “NTR sir, aap aur Ram Charan sir, pehli baar ek film kar rahe hai saath mein. Toh pehle koi esa offer nahin aaya saath mein ya kisi producer ke paas itne paise nahin the ke aap dono ko… (NTR sir, you and Ram Charan are working together for the first time. Have producers not come earlier to you guys or do they not have enough finances to cast you two together)” To this Ram Charan, hilariously quips, “Second answer is right.”
Promos also see Kapil asking Alia one of the trendiest questions doing the rounds. The host quips, “Alia, RRR karne se pehle aapne film ki kahaani suni thi? Ke khaali R sunke hi haan kar diya tha,” referring to the initials of her beau Ranbir Kapoor.
The episode will also see Kapil refering to Ram Charan’s rich heritage, reminding the audience that the actor’s father is megastar Chiranjeevi and his uncle Pawan Kalyan, before, in his slapstick humour, turning and asking don’t they get confused when a fan comes to meet them., Ram Charan hilariously will be seen replying, not fan, but they do get confused when directors come home to cast one of them and they have no idea whom the person has come to cast.
Meanwhile, even as the show goes on air, the makers have revealed that RRR will now be seeing a delay in release owing to rising coronavirus cases of the Omicron variant.
The Telugu-language film starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR was scheduled to arrive in cinema halls on January 7. Now, shockingly, the DVV Entertainments production has been delayed barely six days ahead of its release in theatres.
