We look up to our favourite celebrities for more reasons than one. From their lavish lifestyle to the way they take care of their physique, there are many things that inspire us. There are many Indian celebrities who have received the United Arab Emirates’ golden visa, and today, we’ll be talking just about that.
Shah Rukh Khan was among the first Indian celebrities to get a UAE golden visa. Apart from being a frequent visitor, the superstar also owns a house on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Last year, the actor had also celebrated his birthday in Dubai, and in his honour, the Burj Khalifa was also lit up. Sharing a photo of the same, SRK had posted, “It’s nice to see myself on the biggest and tallest screen in the world. My friend #MohamedAlabbar has me on the biggest screen even before my next film. Thanks & love u all @burjkhalifa & @emaardubai . Being my own guest in Dubai… my kids mighty impressed and me is loving it!”
Earlier this year in May, Sanjay Dutt received the golden visa for UAE. He had shared the news on Twitter by writing, “Honoured to have received a golden visa for the UAE in the presence of Major General Mohammed Al Marri, Director General of @GDRFADUBAI. Thanking him along with the @uaegov for the honour. Also grateful to Mr. Hamad Obaidalla, COO of @flydubai for his support.”
South superstar Mohanlal, too, has the golden visa. He received it just last month. Talking about the same, the actor had shared, “My grateful thanks to H E Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi for bestowing upon me the Golden Visa for the UAE. Am indeed honoured. My gratitude also goes out to Mr @yusuffali.ma for facilitating this.”
Megastar Mammootty, too, got the golden visa last month. He also shared a photo on Twitter and wrote, “My sincere gratitude to H E Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi for my UAE Golden Visa ! Many thanks to my brother @Yusuffali_MA for helping make this happen.”
Apart from these stars, Tovino Thomas, who is known for his work in Malayalam films, also received a golden visa last month. Film producer Boney Kapoor and his family have also received a 10-year golden visa recently.
Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty also got the visa in August. Sharing the same, he wrote in a post, “A big Thank You to the visionary leaders and the govt. authorities of the UAE. Thank you so much for the honour.”
