Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is slowly getting her life back amidst the Raj Kundra controversy. After making her way back to the judges’ panel on the dance-based reality show Super Dancer 4, she has returned to posting about yoga and the benefits of various yoga pose.

The actress is a well-known yoga practitioner in Bollywood and often shares videos and photos with her fans and followers. She shared a video earlier today in which she can be seen practising warrior pose.

She also penned a note along with it. Shilpa wrote, “Be your own warrior; strong enough to effect and defend positive change in your life!” Whether it’s a low or high point, I only turn to yoga. It’s the best remedy for me to stay positive, focused, and balanced. One of the most calming yet energising routines is that of the empowering ‘Virbhadrasana, Malasana, and the dynamic hip opening’ flow. The benefits are innumerable of incorporating these yoga asanas into your routine. While the Virbhadrasana helps strengthen and stretch the thighs, calves, ankles, arms, shoulder, & back muscles; it also improves body posture, focus, balance, stability, and is great for circulation & respiration. On the other hand, Malasana opens your hips & groin, stretches your ankles, hamstrings, back, and neck. It also helps improve digestion and improves posture.

She further added, “Concluding the routine with the dynamic hip opener strengthens and stretches hip flexors and reduces tightness in your lower back & hip region. Playing the Atharvaveda: Shanti Sukta or the chant for peace makes it a complete package for the mind, body, and soul. Start slow and gradually move from one asana to the next. Time to prove, “Yoga se hi hoga”

On the work front, Shilpa Shetty will be soon in the weekend episode of Super Deewane 4. Meanwhile, her comeback film Hungama 2 dropped online.

Meanwhile, Raj Kundra is still in police custody. He was arrested on July 19, on charges of making pornographic content and publishing them through mobile applications. Raj has been reportedly booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as other sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
