Fans were eagerly waiting for the first look and title of actor Vijay’s upcoming film, Thalapathy 65. Meanwhile, ahead of actor Vijay’s 47th birthday, the makers of his next film Thalapathy 65 have made a huge announcement. The film has been titled Beast. The stylish poster looks so powerful. Vijay looks cool and fresh in the poster with a machine gun in his hand, and it promises a perfect action drama for the fans.
The first look poster was released as a grand treat to Thalapathy fans as Vijay is celebrating his 47th birthday on June 22. Interestingly, Nelson Dilipkumar turns 37 today.

Bigil actor Kathir took to Twitter to wish Thalapathy. He wrote, “#Beast in the wild!! Advance Birthday wishes @actorvijay na:) Best wishes team #Beast @Nelsondilpkumar @anirudhofficial @sunpictures @gopiprasannaa @Jagadishbliss for the next blockbuster”
Beast will be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. It will be Vijay’s fourth collaboration with Sun Pictures after Sarkar, Sura and Vettaikaaran. Actress Pooja Hegde will be playing the female lead in the film. Beast marks actress Pooja’s second film after Mysskin’s Mugamoodi in Tamil. Malayalam actress Aparna Das, Shine Tom Chacko, VTV Ganesh and Yogi Babu are part of the cast. It will have music by Anirudh Ravichander.
The film will have the visuals of Manoj Paramahamsa, who earlier shot with Vijay in the film Nanban (2012), a Tamil remake of 3 Idiots. After completing the Georgia schedule, the shooting of the film will resume soon in Chennai. The team is currently building a massive set to shoot for a dance number while the rehearsals for the song are going parallelly.
