Priyanka charges Rs 1.8 crore per sponsored Instagram post? Here’s how much other Bollywood celebs get paid

Not every post that celebrities share on their Instagram profiles are free of cost. Social media has become a money-making tool for famous personalities as they can earn millions of bucks by just sharing sponsored posts. In 2019, social media company Hopper HQ had released an ‘Instagram Rich List’ which revealed how much celebrities charge per paid post and well, you are sure to be left amazed seeing the figures.

Talking about the Instagram-rich Bollywood celebs for now, the leading ones include Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt among others. And all the mentioned names charge close to a crore for sharing one sponsored post. With 26.6 million followers, Big B might not be one of the most followed Indian celebrities on Instagram but he’s certainly a force to reckon with given his reputation over the years. The megastar charges around Rs 50 lakh per sponsored post on Instagram. Not to mention, Sr Bachchan is among the few celebrities who has maximum number of brand endorsements under his belt.

Shah Rukh Khan

SRK has around 24.8 million followers on Instagram. He is not just the Badshah of Bollywood but also of Instagram.  According to reports, King Khan charges around Rs. 80 lakh to a crore for each branded post. The superstar is much-admired for his words of wisdom and meaningful posts on the photo-sharing app. His range of brand endorsements is pretty vast so one can imagine how much money he makes just by promoting a certain brand.

Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka is perhaps the highest paid Bollywood celeb on Instagram. According to Hoppers HQ’s 2019 list, the Desi girl charges around Rs 1.80 crore per paid-post on the social networking site. That’s also because she is a global icon, working in both Bollywood and Hollywood, with over 63 million followers to her credit.

Alia Bhatt

Closely following SRK and PC is actress Alia Bhatt. She is quite a millennial sensation. Alia has around 53.2 million followers on Instagram and according to reports she charges around Rs. 1 crore for each sponsored post.

These were just few of the celebs topping the Instagram chargesheet! Every other celeb too charges a decent sum for promoting a brand on their feed.
