Kangana Ranaut is one celeb who never minces her words whenever she shares a post on social media. Recently, the actress’s Instagram account featured plenty of stories about the ongoing tumult in West Bengal and she attacked the newly elected Chief Minister of the state, Mamta Banerjee.
The actress used a variety of impertinent words for the politician and also shared few graphic images on her Instagram. Post this, TMC (Trinamool Congress) spokesperson Riju Dutta went forward to lodge an FIR against her.
Kangana reacted to the FIR and shared a statement. She said, “Ironic that the blood thirsty monster Mamta who is openly killing and lynching those who did not vote for her is accusing me of communal violence, Monster Mamta this is the beginning of your end, whole country is watching innocents blood is on your hands you can not scare me or not kill my voice with many cases or FIR’s”
Yesterday, TMS spokesperson Riju shared a copy of FIR on her Twitter account. Along with it, she tweeted, “I have filed an FIR against Ms Kangana Ranaut for spreading “Hate Propaganda to incite Communal Violence” in Bengal and distorting the image of our Hon’ble CM – @MamataOfficial !! She shared from her official Instagram acc: https://instagram.com/kanganaranaut?igshid=1j1e44ojw0ky7 Check her story and RT !!”
The text of the FIR reads “I would like to file an FRI against Ms Kangana Ranaut for “hate propaganda to incite communal violence in West Bengal.” Ms Ranaut has posted several offensive posts from her verified official “Instagram handle”. She has also distorted and maligned the image of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal – Smt. Mamata Banerjee,” read another part of the complaint.”
Earlier this month, Kangana was permanently suspended from Twitter for her tweets on the situation in West Bengal. During that time she said, “Twitter has only proved my point they’re Americans & by birth, a white person feels entitled to enslave a brown person, they want to tell you what to think, speak or do. I have many platforms I can use to raise my voice, including my own art in the form of cinema: But my heart goes out to the people of this nation who have been tortured, enslaved, and censored for thousands of years, and still, there is no end to the suffering”
