The makers of Toxic have unveiled the poster of the film’s first single, ‘Tabaahi’, featuring Yash and Kiara Advani, promising an intense blend of passion and drama.
In the poster, Yash appears in a rugged new avatar, radiating raw intensity, while Kiara holds him close, highlighting the striking chemistry between the pair.
Dressed in soft white with her hair flowing naturally, Kiara’s calm presence contrasts with Yash’s fierce look, creating a visual that feels both intimate and explosive. The vast ocean in the background adds emotional depth and cinematic scale to the moment.
Announcing the song’s release, Kiara shared the poster on Instagram and wrote, “A Toxic World, A Safe Embrace. #Tabaahi. Song out on 2nd March. #ToxicTheMovie.”
The film is directed by Geetu Mohandas and also stars Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth in pivotal roles. Toxic is slated for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026.
The first glimpse of the film was released in January this year. The nearly three-minute teaser offered a striking introduction to Yash’s intense and enigmatic character, Raya.
Set in a cemetery, the teaser opened with bursts of gunfire cutting through silence, announcing Raya’s arrival as a composed and fearless figure wielding a Tommy gun.
In the film, Kiara essays Nadia, a calm character with deep emotional layers. Huma Qureshi portrays Elizabeth, a sharp and dangerous presence, while Nayanthara plays Ganga, a role that shifts the balance of power in the narrative. Tara Sutaria appears as Rebecca, a charming yet mysterious character, and Rukmini Vasanth plays Mellisa, marked by quiet authority.
The teaser concluded with Yash’s dramatic reveal as Raya and the line, “Daddy’s home.”
