Delhi High Court  set aside the 2016 order of the Central Information Commission (CIC) directing Delhi University to disclose information about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bachelor’s degree. 

According to ANI, Delhi HC set aside the order and thereby accepting Delhi University’s plea against the disclosure of PM Modi’s undergraduate degree details.

According to official information, PM Modi has a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University (1978) and a Post Graduate from Guajrat University (1983).
