This is bad news, considering that she presently holds the Women’s Tag Team Championship along with Raquel Rodriguez. If Morgan gets benched, the tag team will have to forfeit their titles.
Sources now confirm that Morgan has indeed fractured her shoulder and will almost certainly require surgery. If that becomes the case, her healing time will be even longer, which will likely require WWE to abandon multiple of their scheduled storylines. Liv Morgan is a marquee star in the women’s division, and even Triple H may be reconsidering future creative choices.

In attempting to defend herself on the way down, Morgan’s elbow came down awkwardly, and the shock was transferred to her shoulder. The match had to be stopped.
