WWE Backlash 2025: John Cena And Randy Orton’s Epic Rivalry Resumes After 8 Years

This year’s WWE Backlash event takes place in the future. WWE made the decision to announce major matches for the event. Everyone is going to watch John Cena battle Randy Orton in the WWE Championship title match. This bout received its final naming as the match’s designation. Everyone shows enthusiasm because the Orton-Cena rivalry reaches back many years. Backlash 2025 will air from the Enterprise Center located in St. Louis Missouri. His hometown organizing duties will generate substantial backing for Orton during the scheduled program. Orton announced he will deliver a “vatel kick” while standing in front of his family. In an unprecedented show at your departure Cena will perform as an antagonist while Orton emerges as a heroic performer. From the start of his WWE career until now Orton maintained a villainous identity in wrestling.

To date WWE TV has hosted 21 matches featuring John Cena and Randy Orton. Orton holds a strong lead position according to Cena. John defeated Orton in 13 matches. Orton won 7. One fight terminated early without a winner. John Cena leads Randy Orton in victories this time by a massive 62 percent margin and thus stands as a top potential choicer for success. Throughout their WWE careers John Cena and Randy Orton performed numerous encounters in live events. A premium live event will feature Orton’s 11th PPV match in this series. Throughout WWE’s history these wrestlers have maintained long-term memberships yet Wrestlemania has never seen them compete against each other. This is a little interesting. The occurrence that we saw in that moment has become impossible at present. Cena fought his final Wrestlemania match during this year’s event.

The First And Last Match Between John Cena And Randy Orton
