Telugu actor Vishwak Sen reportedly fell victim to a burglary on March 16. The police is currently investigating the matter after his father registered a complaint. According to Times Now, the incident took place in the wee hours of Sunday when an person came to Vishwak’s house on bike and did the robbery.

The individual, who did the burglary, is still unidentified, and reportedly stole an expensive diamond ring and jewellery worth in lakhs. Vishwak’s house is located at Film Nagar in Hyderabad and the individual broke into his building, stealing several things on the third floor. However, the actor was not in the city when the burglary happened.

According to the complaint by Vishwak’s father C. Raju, the family had locked the main door and went to their relatives’ place two days ago. The intruder allegedly got the access to the house after Raju went out for morning walk. Later, Vishwak’s sister Vanmai saw that her room was in a mess and found out that some things were missing.

The police have now began questioning a few suspects in this case and suspects that someone familiar might have carried out the theft.

On the work front, Vishwak was last seen in the movie ‘Laila’. But the movie did not work well at the box office and was criticised by the audience. Later, Vishwak penned a heartfelt note for his fans and apologised for not meeting their expectations.

He wrote, “Namaste, I acknowledge that my recent films haven’t met expectations. My last film received constructive criticism, which I wholeheartedly accept. To my well-wishers and those who believe in me, I sincerely apologize. My intention has always been to bring something fresh to the audience, and I deeply respect the feedback I’ve received. Moving forward, I promise that whether my films are class or mass, they will never cross the line into vulgarity. If I make a bad film, you have every right to criticize me because it was you who stood by me with unconditional love when I had no one. Since the beginning of my career, I have chosen stories that connected with you, and I will continue to do so.”

He concluded, “But from now on, it won’t just be about making good films-every single scene of mine will count. I also want to take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the producers and distributors who have placed their trust in me and supported my journey. A special thanks to my backbone – the directors and writers who have shaped me into the actor I am today. Thank you all for your constructive criticism. I will be back soon with a strong and promising project. Until then, I truly appreciate your unwavering support through my highs and lows. It means the world to me. Yours… Vishwak Sen.”

He will next star in Funky and VS 13.
