The Summer I Turned Pretty will return with its third season, which will also be its final season. The show focuses on Belly, who gets involved in a love triangle with two brothers Conrad and Jeremiah. Prime Video has now officially announced its third season along with its poster and release window.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 will release on Prime Video in July 2025. Its official release date has not been announced yet.

Directed by Jesse Peretz, Jeff Chan and Erica Dunton, The Summer I Turned Pretty is produced by Jenny Han, Sarah Kucserka, Karen Rosenfelt, Megan Griffiths, Gabrielle Stanton, Paul Lee, Hope Hartmen, Mads Hansen, Vanessa Rojas, Jenny Zhang, Sabrina Sherif, Siobhan Vivian, Nicole Colombie and Rhonda L. Moore.

The show stars Lola Tung, Jackie Chung and Rachel Blanchard in the lead roles.

According to Prime Video, the official description of The Summer I Turned Pretty reads, “Belly used to count down the days until she could return to Cousins Beach, but with Conrad and Jeremiah fighting over her heart and the return of Susannah’s cancer, she’s not sure summer will ever be the same. When an unexpected visitor threatens the future of Susannah’s beloved house, Belly has to rally the gang to come together—and to decide once and for all where her heart lies.”

The show is based on the trilogy novel of the same name, written by Jenny Han. She is also known for writing popular novels including ‘To All The Boys’ trilogy, which also adapted into Netflix movie series.
