During the Men’s Royal Rumble 2025 match held in WWE last Saturday (February 1), fans got to see a unique sight when famous YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed made a surprise entry in this match. However, he could not stay in the ring for long and Bone Breaker threw him out of the ring with a strong spear.
After the match, he was seen walking backstage with a neck brace and on crutches. A heartwarming moment was captured during this premium live event where WWE’s legendary superstar John Cena went backstage to meet IShowSpeed and encourage him.
John Cena Praised IShowSpeed
After being eliminated by Jay Uso, John Cena met 20-year-old IShowSpeed backstage. WWE shared a video on its YouTube channel, showing the backstage moments of the Royal Rumble. In this video, WWE’s legendary superstar John Cena was seen meeting IShowSpeed. Cena not only praised his courage but also thanked him for being a part of WWE. He said, “Thank you for coming. This is a big deal for us.”
IShowSpeed’s Explosive Debut
IShowSpeed entered the Royal Rumble 2025 match at number 8. He entered the WWE ring in place of Akira Tozawa. Despite not having much experience in wrestling, he along with Braun Breaker helped eliminate veteran superstar Otis. However, his happiness did not last long. Braun Breaker threw him out of the ring with a tremendous spear move.
Denied Return To WWE
After the match, IShowSpeed was seen walking backstage with a neck brace and crutches. During this, a deep cut and injury was also seen on his leg. After getting injured, he said that he will not return to WWE again, because this match proved to be very dangerous for him.
