Bollywood actress Kajol has expressed her support for the Karnataka government’s recent approval of the right to die with dignity for terminally ill patients. Taking to Instagram, she shared a media report on the groundbreaking decision, captioning it with a reference to her film Salaam Venky. The film’s storyline, which focuses on the protagonist’s legal battle for the right to a dignified death, resonated with the decision. Kajol and her husband, actor Ajay Devgn, celebrated their marriage on February 24, 1999, with a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony in Mumbai. Their wedding was widely covered by the media, with some critics questioning Kajol’s decision to settle down at the peak of her career.
