YEIDA has previously launched various schemes, under which they have provided plots of various sizes. The plots under the YEIDA scheme is located near the Yamuna Expressway and Noida International Airport.

According to media repots, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is likely to launch this third plot scheme in the Financial year 2024-25. As per reports the plots will be in Sector 18. Registration is likely to begin soon through RERA. This will be located near the Yamuna Expressway and the Jewar Airport.

The YEIDA has already began the process of taking land in these regions following the plan’s approval, as per media reports.

About Previously Launched Scheme By YEIDA

Last year YEIDA has brought various schemes for different purposes. In the month of July they brought a scheme offering 363 plots and in November they brought a scheme offering 451 plots. Over a lakh of people applied to this scheme launched by YEIDA in November.

According to media reports, the land in Sector 18, near the Jewar Airport will be utilized for the scheme.
